Welcome to Vilma Boat! These General Terms and Conditions govern your use of our boat services and your booking through our platform. By booking a ride with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Booking and Payments
All bookings are processed securely via our FareHarbor integration. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Prices are quoted in EUR and are subject to change without notice.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable. In the rare event that we must cancel a trip due to extreme weather or technical issues, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

At Vilma Boat, we respect your privacy. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information.
Information Collection
We only collect the information necessary to fulfill your booking (e.g., name, email, phone number) via our secure booking partner, FareHarbor. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies
Our site uses minimal essential cookies to ensure functionality and provide a seamless booking experience. No invasive tracking cookies are used.
Operating Regulations
Safety is our primary concern. The following operating regulations ensure a smooth and safe journey on the Danube.
- Capacity: The vessel operates strictly within its legally certified passenger capacity.
- Weather: The Captain holds the final authority to alter the route or cancel the trip if weather conditions pose a safety risk.
- Boarding: Boarding commences 10 minutes prior to departure. The boat departs exactly on time. Latecomers will not be refunded.
House Rules
To ensure everyone has a fantastic time, please adhere to our House Rules.
- BYOB Policy: You are welcome to bring your own drinks and food. However, please drink responsibly. The crew reserves the right to refuse service or disembark extremely intoxicated passengers.
- Cleanliness: Please use the provided bins. Do not throw anything overboard into the Danube.
- Respect: Be respectful to the crew, the vessel, and other passengers. Damage to the boat will be charged to the responsible party.
- Smoking: Smoking is only permitted in designated outside areas.
